16. Powers to form sub-committee or task force:
(1) The Board may form a sub-committee or task force, as required, for the operation of its programmes.
(2) The functions, duties, powers and procedures of the subcommittee or task force formed pursuant to Sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
